Summary:

Step 1

Think about the movies you've watched that are part the 'Your Triumph' course that you're doing now.

What was the main character's stumbling block, and what did they do to remove it?

If it's been impossible for you to watch any of the films, think about the person who inspires you most. What was their major stumbling block and what specifically did they do to remove it?

Step 2

Do you have anything in common with the main character or the person who most inspires you? If so, what?

If not, what made you relate to one of the movies more than the others?

Step 3

If you're aware of positive traits you share with the character (or your inspiration) you described, then how are you using those traits in your everyday life?

Step 4

List as many of your positive traits as you can think of besides what you may have in common with the main character of a movie.

Again, if you couldn't watch a film, then list as many of the positive traits you have in common with the person who inspires you.

Step 5

Keeping your positive qualities in mind, consider one bold move you can do in the next 24 hours where you will have to use at least one of your best attributes.

This move should make you feel stretched and a little uncomfortable but you know you have a good chance of pulling it off. Think big here but not crazy big.

Step 6

As you head out today, pause to consider something very important.

Do you realize you're taking steps right now that put you ahead of where you were? You're still on this adventure with us, right? These are steps that put you ahead of where you were.

How does that make you feel?

See you tomorrow!
