There are a few points you'll need to take with you as you finish this segment of your journey.

First you don't need to struggle alone. Keep in touch with people who support you. Talk to them. Be honest with them. Hear them out.

They're on your side and can see things about you that you can't see when you're in the middle of a struggle.

As you continue identifying your strengths, you're only going to keep getting stronger, smarter, more creative and wiser.

Your positive attributes are going to continue to grow and bring out the best in you. Understand your choice about pursuing the best thing about you - or the tragedy of not pursuing it.

Wrestle when you feel tempted to believe hurtful things about yourself and your life.

Wrestle with the truth that you are not your circumstances.

Wrestle that as a person you are the opposite of your stressful situation.

Wrestle until you believe the truth and feel better about yourself and your circumstances.

How do you feel about wrestling with your inner thoughts until the best part of you wins?

Step 4

Find a place to test your positive attributes, such as a job or internship that you're really interested in, a community service project, finish your high school diploma, certificate or your college degree.

Or join a bigger mission like the military or the National Guard!

Those are some options to get your mind going. The point is to follow your heart. It knows where it's taking you.
