Is your organization interested in making a national impact that lifts our human condition by building evidence-based resiliency in our workforce, healthcare system, families, communities, public safety, and Systems of Care for the less fortunate?

Are you interested in reducing burnout in frontline workers and providers of critical services in our national interest, the disparate impact of public policy, the lack of equitable access and outcomes of healthcare, mental health resources, and caregiver support in low-resource communities, the unintended consequences of, or lack of the tools to implement, promising programs in specific regions?

Do you want to take part in a platform that powers persistent delivery of step-by-step programs and modules that make your strategy to uplift the human condition accessible and implementable in the field through simple mouse clicks with no technology, physical, cost, or resource barriers?

Each Navitent DeeperEngaged™ Social Pillar (Social Justice, Social Impact, Healthcare, Public Safety, and Faith and Church) is a HumanChangeSystem™ with its own governing Strategic Initiative Advisory Board (SIAB). Each SIAB is responsible for the annual objectives of their respective Pillars.

LeadingResiliency™ is a Navitent Strategic Initiative Advisor Board that harmonizes the HumanChangeSystems™ into a HumanChangeNetwork™.

LeadingResiliency™'s works with each SIAB and their respective Public/Private Partners to establish and maintain the evidence-based fidelity of the platform and their programs and solutions through federal research grants and work with governing and regulatory bodies, standards organizations, and ethics committees.

The short-term goal of LeadingResiliency™ is to provide the direction for the development of DeeperEngaged™ platform programs and modules that have an immediate impact on our most pressing socio-economic, national issues. The long-term goal of LeadingResiliency™ is to provide the evidence for informed, harmonized standards in Human Process, Behavioral, and Workflow Intelligence Augmentation that leverage new realities in today's technology and economic environment to deliver equitable and sustainable solutions to social and cultural challenges.

1) New social software cost and revenue models that support public trust and for-profit business interests prioritize privacy, personal information security, and access and equity for low-resource communities.
