Summary:

Step 1

Hi there! So glad you're back! Let's begin with a little grooving.

Head for the video icon above and join Mary J. Blige in 'Just Fine'. Our friend, Krystal, recommended it to us.

Get up and dance if you want.

Tell us what you thought about Ms. Blige's video when you're finished watching it.

Step 2

We're aiming for trust, open mindedness and confidence.

These are three tools that can replace mistrust, stereotypes or assumptions and nervousness.

So did you implement any one of the new tools in recent interactions? Did you talk to someone yesterday who you wouldn't typically think to speak to?

Step 3

Describe what happened and how it made you feel.

Step 4

How did the other person react?

Step 5

Did anything happen that stood out to you? If so, what?

Step 6

Let's take that confidence of yours and build on it some more.

In the next 24 hours, be aware of your reactions to what you see and hear around you. Take the time to figure out the reality of the situation and then respond appropriately even if the response is only in your head.

As you do this, hang on to the feeling of the song you just heard. You did hear it, right?

Keep the good feeling throughout the day by playing the song in your mind. It should help you remain positive but objective during interactions that you're initially unsure of.

How positive are you at this moment?

Step 7

Remember, you've got the pose. You've got the vibe, and you're not going to let anyone kill it.

You're going to be 'Just Fine.'

Step 8

See you back here tomorrow!
