Hi there!

Today, let's begin with a review.

Look over the Drama Busters to re-enforce what you're learning:

1- Be honest.
2- Ears first. Mouth second.
3- Don’t assume. Ask.
4- Keep it chill.
5- Own your stuff.
6- Recognize that the other person cares about you.
7- Release offense.
8- Humble yourself. Lower your guard. Swallow your pride.

Choose what you think about the Drama Busters when you've finished.

Step 2

Let's revisit the issue of trust.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being highest, how much has your trust improved for the person you've had the most conflict with?

Step 3

How much are you dreading going into battle with this person now? 1 is no problem. 10 is no way.

Step 4

Are you giving the other person that same opportunity to change and grow, assuming they treat you with basic human decency?

Step 5

When the two of you are getting along, bring up how you've changed.

Be specific with the filters/perceptions you've had that you're overcoming. Be specific with the blind spots or 'ghosts' from your past experience.

If you're really comfortable, bring up the way you hope to become more trusting and less edgy in relationships. Will you make time this week to do this?
