Summary:

Step 1

Hi and welcome back!

Let's start by doing a little reflecting about yesterday's challenge.

In Day 13, we asked you to pay attention during the next 24 hours to a situation that initially caused you to be confused, angry or confounded.

We asked that you let it marinate for a second before responding.

We also asked you to expect a better outcome not a worse one.

Did a situation arise? If so, what happened?

If not, continue to Step 2, but keep in mind our challenge to look for situation where you can practice marinating for a second and expecting a better outcome.

Step 2

The following films show what it looks like to assume one thing with the truth being completely different:

*To Catch a Thief
*The Usual Suspects
*Sixth Sense
*Grand Torino

Will you watch one of the movies we listed in the next 24 hours?

We'll ask you more about it tomorrow.
