To start with, have you had the conversation yet with the person who's been distant?

What happened?

If you didn't have the conversation, then when are you going to have it?

If you're having problems connecting with the person or they're not ever going to be available, post to Publisher, and we'll find an alternative solution.

Step 3

Do you need to separate from the person because of toxic differences?

If so, are you good with that?

Step 4

Did you have a conversation with another friend, mentor or trusted relative about things you can do better? What did they say?

Take a moment and relax. For the next two minutes forget what’s bothering you.
