Summary:

Step 1

Hi there! Let's begin today's steps with a video. Head to the video icon above and watch, 'Hope in Front of Me'.

Tell us what you thought about it when you've finished.

Step 2

Given what we talked about yesterday in Day 15, things happen that cause major upheaval in our lives.

Sometimes others are to blame. Sometimes we have to 'fess up'. Either way support is needed to get us through difficult times.

Understand that maybe your new go-to response should be "I'm strong; I can do this. And I'm not too proud to ask for help to get me through it."

What do you think?

Step 3

Know that you are not alone. Tell yourself "I'm not going to give up. I don't have to."

There are always kind-hearted people nearby - right there under your nose - who are waiting for you to reach out.

One group available to you now is your Camp mates. You can post to your Campfire and Campsite of friends and peers locally and across the country when you need encouragement and a little guidance.

How willing are you to reach out for help?

Step 4

Is there anything you need support in now?

Step 5

Will you post your request to your 'Camps' and wait for their response?

See you tomorrow!
