Let's start today with a familiar clip from 2010's 'Alice in Wonderland'. Head to the video icon and to see it.

Alice went through a lot before she finally regained her 'muchness'. The clip demonstrates that sometimes it takes being fed up with what others are telling you about yourself in order to take a stand.

Alice did just that. It changed everything for her. She started to become her own person. She became more assertive, confident, honest, adventurous and courageous.

She was following her dream, and these qualities simply followed along with her naturally.

Think about what you can do to take a stand against the messages you're hearing from others - or from yourself - that you know in your gut are wrong. Describe your stand against those messages in the space provided.

It's important to be honest with yourself about where you are at the moment. Being consistently honest with yourself will serve you well in life. It's a gift to you from you.

Your Bold Move today is to take a step toward that stand you described in Step 2.

What would be the most meaningful step that you can take right now? For example, the first step for Alice was to ignore what her family wanted for her and turn down a marriage proposal in order to set sail for a grand adventure.

Step 8

Get going with your plan. If you start feeling uneasy, recapture the image you had of achieving your vision, including how it feels to win.
