Goal: this Cognitive Trail will improve the ability to capture your dreams and turn them into workable plans (Vision4Future).

Description: 'Vision4Future' connects trekkers to their dreams, guiding them to a simple, workable strategy that puts their vision into motion.

Summary:

Step 1

Hola!

Today is about thinking bigger. Dr. Norman Vincent Peale said, "To achieve anything significant, everyone needs a little imagination and a big dream."

Whether you believe it or not, we know you have something very significant to achieve. Assuming you understand your dreams at this time, we're going to begin the work that will bring them to life.

If you haven't fully connected to your life's vision yet, just keep going. The next exercise should provide clues.

Here's your challenge: Create a dream collage or a vision board.

Start with images and quotes about how you see yourself; the kind of person you want to become; some of the steps you'll take to get there; and rewards for your achievement.

To bring your ideas forward, list some of the things you would place in your collage or vision board.

Step 2

Need a little more visual stimulation to continue? Head to the video icon and watch the clip.

Tell us how helpful it was when you've finished watching.

Step 3

Check out the 2nd clip if you haven't already viewed it.

Tell us what you thought when you've finished.

Step 4

Start creating your own vision board. You have a couple of ways to go with this: online or hands on.

You can visit vision board sites, such as the one listed in the video, or find your own materials and put those dreams into motion.

Whichever way you go, you may also include pictures or quotes representing your core values, talents, big dreams, and the kind of support that could help you along the way.

Are you in?

Step 5

Post to Publisher if you have questions. Your Camps could give you some ideas to work with, too.

We're excited to see what you come up with!
Bye for now!
