Hola! Yesterday we challenged you to create a vision board.

Did you?

If not, we get it. It takes time and you may be pretty busy. You may also feel awkward about it at first, but you may be surprised by how powerful the experience is for you.

Either way, keep going with the navigational steps. But think about putting together your vision board.

If you did the exercise, then you may have experienced something unexpected. As you began to clip words, pictures, phrases, etc. something inside you may have started to rise up with excitement.

If so, it may have been because you were taking that dream out of your head and putting it on paper, so you could see it better.

The point is keep it light. Keep it fun. Keep going with it. At the same time, use it to reinforce a goal that you really want to pursue. As you may know, it took a few years for Ellen to reach the dream on her vision board, but she did it!

For example, it could be the way you think about yourself. It could be the way you think others see you, so you avoid trying. It could be financial pressures.

What is it for you? What keeps blocking your vision? Or what keeps preventing you from pursuing your dreams?

What do you think it will take to overcome the challenge you listed, and when are you going to make the first move to do so no matter how small that first step is?
