Hey in the spirit of keeping it real here, did you talk to someone in the past 24 hours who you previously distanced yourself from?

We're not taking about someone you needed to keep a distance from, but someone you may have misjudged based on insecurities from your past.

If you didn't do the exercise, then are you going to do it? When? Go ahead and read through the steps below and feel welcome to revisit them when you've had the interaction.
