Summary: Investing in the fruit of self control.

Step 1

Read Galatians 5:22-23:

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."

Are you ready to make your investment in the Fruit of Self Control?

Step 3

Read 2 Corinthians 10:3-6:

"For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete."

Allow this word to penetrate.

Select 'Successful' when you are finished.

Step 4

Get quiet and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the application of this word over your present circumstances.

Write down what you receive.

Step 5

Read 1 John 4:4-6:

"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood."

Again, allow this word to penetrate, then select 'Successful' when you are finished.
